screw that. If his grades are fine then who cares? I doubt that same policy is being upheld across the board. If so, then PLENTY of players would be sitting 3 quarters, not just Lee.

How do you know they don't?

Les has been looking for a reason to bench Lee since JJ returned. As soon as he threw a pick his fate was sealed.

Well that settles it then. Can we just get over this?

They come to class about like regular people. Mo Sam and Keke go to almost everyone I have with them. They did check two different days for attendance I know for a fact.

Yes but athletes are required to go to them. They have people checking to see if they are there.

This makes sense. It wouldnt have been like les to completely leave him in the cold and this was going around the score board amidst the melt down

Well if he really skipped class that was dumb

If you're a qb, you got to be a leader on and off the field. Hope he gets his stuff together and can help the team win going forward.

Whether this is true or not, who knows, but damned near everyone sitting near me at the game, feel this way. As far as Hanigriff is concerned, I don't buy it either. 1. Hanigriff likes to throw shite out there to make you think he's "in the know" and 2. he works for the Tiger network. This alone makes his statements reek of "homerism."

I agree but the guy had a pretty rough day last saturday and it was probably tough to get up and go to class on monday and tuesday. Problem is (if true) missing playing time because you were skipping class compounds the problem

hanigriff sources are most likely "the score board".

Hanigriff is pretty solid on info and you obviously havent listened to him if you think he feels like he has to take up for Les. He was ripping les pretty good (deservedly so) after the Tenn game last year and he also didnt tow the party line some with the Lee Jeff situation last year around the Tenn and Florida game

These comments really do not make any sense. He works for the network, so he isn't going to just make up bullshite. If he was just being a homer he wouldn't have mentioned anything negative about a player. He just would have said Jefferson earned playing time with his performance against Bama, they wanted to get him more work, etc.

So skipping class is only 12 minutes better than failing a drug test? Good to know.
