I normally sit in the NEZ, so, I’d feel a little more at home sitting next to them.

TIA

I'm pretty sure one of the band parents posted on here that they will be back in section 116.

It won't matter. You will not be able to hear them. They were blown off the field by the Georgia band. Georgia looked AND sounded much better than the LSU band. I am sorry to say that the same thing will happen with the remainder of the season......Oklahoma Band, Clemson Band and the Ohio State Band are ALL better than the "one time amazing" LSU Band. I remember when the LSU band won the ESPN "Battle of the Bands." All a faint memory now. I am sorry to report this unhappy fact.

Georgia’s band looked much bigger than ours. OU’s band only knows one song that they play over and over and over. If I recall correctly, Ohio State’s band is 100% brass. No woodwinds at all. They are smaller in number than Tiger Band, but they always sound loud.

I’m just glad that the full band is going. I was concerned that LSU might go cheap and just send a pep band. That would’ve been embarrassing.

Sec 115 or 116. Section 316 to 312 are mostly LSU alumni.

I watched a few OU band videos on youtube and there is no comparison, OU has a better quality band. That tuba trash the LSU band has been playing all season is embarrassing.

116-117 and they were great at the SECCG. I couldn't hear the Ga band at all but i know they play Glory Glory Hallelujah as often as the OU band plays Boomer Sooner. Our band has a lot more variety than either one of these.

Come on Roy... calm down now. You're as bad as Michael Lotief trashing USL softball after he was fired.

I was in 312 and I never heard the UGA band and they were pointed towards me, but did hear ours even though I was above them and they were playing towards the field.

When both LSU and UGA were on the field, facing the camera (youtube), UGA was much louder. They also had a better overall sound. BTW.....My grandkids (2) have both been through the LSU band program. I have met Roy, Frank & Linda and have admiration for all three. I personally thought Linda should have stayed at LSU. If anyone wants to know where I get my info from....well, there it is.

UGA band was bigger than our's but not louder. Our marching lines were stronger than there's and our song variety was superior.

Not according to youtube.

I'm not sure what a "stronger line" is. Song variety is an opinion.
If you watch the UGA and LSU youtube videos from this season, it's as clear as a bell.

I was in 107 and it was hard to hear them with both bands being in the same but opposite end zone corners.
