I don't think we are going to lose against Arkansas.

But, as match ups go, Arkansas will do the things that cause us the biggest problems.

I think we win easily, but it wouldn't surprise me to see Arkansas score 17 - 24 points.

As long as Les is the LSU coach the opponent always has a chance. Worse game day coach ever.

I wondered how long it would take for the negatigers to show themselves. The answer is two days.

LSU has lost to Arkansas exactly 1 time in Tiger Stadium since 1993, and it took 3 OTs and a backfield full of NFL running backs to do it. They aren't changing that this year.

NEAUX Not Worried.

Were you dropped on your head as a baby?
Ark is not a "rivalry game" because of some lameass boot trophy.
That was probably a moronic idea from Less Miles.

Our "rival" is St Nick and the Crimson Tard Nation.
Don't ever forget that. I can't because I have to live
among those arrogant gumps 365 days a year.

Sad to think this is an actual possibility

In terms of coaching style, that is. Not talent

If we crap the bed and lose to Arky, we're likely headed to Nashville for the Music City Bowl or Memphis for the Liberty Bowl.

I doubt we'd sell 10K tickets to either of those.

If they'd won last week and we'd lost to A&M, I would be. Seeing as that didn't happen, not really. It could be a close-ish game, though.

I'd normally say no. But look at Les Miles track record vs Arkansas on senior day. We have only 1 win I think by more than double digits, and that was vs a #3 Arkansas. Against a lesser Arkansas team. Our team just blows it off it seems like.

Ummm, the boot started in Dinardo's second year. But don't let the truth get in the way of your Les bashing.

Don't worry it will not.
I have a very low opinion of Less Miles and have since the Monday night loss to Tennessee after Katrina. He has only added to that resume since then. Remember 1/9/11 against Less' pimp Nick?

The Arky offense could cause us problems. They run power football and if they can be effective on the ground they can keep it close. Their weakness is passing and defense. If we can get a lead then we force them to pass and they're not good there.

We should win easy but we tend to allow them to stay in the game. Last year Arky was a dumpster fire and yet they were throwing into the end zone at the end for a possible Miracle #3. I got to witness in person the first 2 "Miracle's" where we had way more talent and yet the Swine beat us.

If we play down to them this will be close because they do have something to play for, a win versus LSU erases the bad season. We are their bowl game.

Here's to a well needed beatdown of the pigs!!!

LSU wins by 30+. Jennings gets in early enough to throw some passes.

If true, that is why Arkansas will never consistently be in the upper echelon of SEC football.

I agree, they're middle of the pack at best. But they take us seriously and we sure have a habit of playing down to their level. I live amongst the swine and they hate us!!!

Time to roast some swine!!!
