Exactly. I visited Chicago earlier in the year and it is a beautiful city but all know how that really is, though. Denver was really nice at first glance but it’s becoming little Mexico throughout it and there’s a massive homeless issue.
You can’t go off a weekend visit. Cities do what they can to hide things and become attractive to tourists.

He said that no place worth a crap to live in the Memphis Area. Owner of the company actually drafted a black lady Dem to run against Cohen a decade ago. They have been shifting production gradually to GA and W. Memphis. They own about half of Harbor Island.

I nicknamed them the sleestacks right after they went up but nobody ever seems to get it.

Read the entire thread.. it’s far from just a bunch of La. yokels who spent a weekend there who like Nashville, a lot of people who live/have lived there are saying they love it and it’s the best place theyve lived.

Feel like Austin was the spot to be in 2009 and Nashville is that spot now. Anyone have any insight into what the new city will be where I could get in about 10 years early?
Heard good things about Greenville, SC actually.
Chicago and Nashville are my two favorite cities in the U.S. Austin is just way too crowded.

Yeah you're kinda stuck with 65 or Columbia Pike if you're in spring Hill.
Still Franklin road shouldn't be too bad but I know there's construction up to Concord right now.
I was thinking more like Brentwood and Franklin.

Noticed your location is New Iberia.

Can confirm you have very different reality than CAD, he lives in the most expensive and desirable location in Franklin, much more desirable than even Brentwood east of I65.
Spring Hill is a nice little place to raise a family, but to commute to Nashville its a haul. You can throw a rock into Maury Co, whereas CAD and I can throw one into Nashville proper

There is affordable housing all over fricking Williamson county. If you move here and choose to live somewhere else then bitch about schools and traffic that's on you.
Dont listen to this bull shite. Williamson Co has the highest property taxes in the state. The road use and sales taxes are ridiculous, and the traffic is a fricking nightmare. The no state income tax myth in Middle Tennessee is alive and well.

Anyone else thinking about moving to Nashville?
No, they still have winter there.

Wrong. You upset with your $10,000 yearly texas property tax bill so you have to spread fake news?
I spend more than $1500 a year on beer.

Next myth?
