Forgotten by the casual fans, not by fans like us

15 is a good answer also

Bregman is a great Tiger, but I will always remember him for misplaying that ball.

That was the ultimate dead ball era at TD Ameritrade that year and that was doom for that 2013 LSU team which was a pretty heavy HR hitting team while it set up perfectly for the ultimate small ball UCLA team.

Arkansas is in that situation this year. I feel for them, this is their best team as well.

Lange going 9 innings complete game against Fullerton to keep us alive was one of the all time great LSU pitching performances that goes almost completely forgotten about

I was there for that. It was so hot and I was hungover like a champ but we all survived.

Arkansas is not dead yet. Plus, it's not like they lost Game 1 because of the park/conditions. They had one really hard hit ball that easily left the yard. Otherwise, the LSU arms and defense held them in check.

That 2013 UCLA game was frustrating because LSU had multiple hard hit balls that would have left almost any college park in America...except TD Ameritrade The park. combined with the dead bats, allowed a team that hit .250 to win the NC.

If Arkansas fails to win the NC this year it won't be because of the park.

That time period was a very dark one for the CWS bc of the bbcor bats, deal nalls, and the new park.
Credit to UCLA for riding their strengths to the championship but it just made for awful baseball watching and the park just didn’t play similar to the regular season product.
UCLA’s pitchers were great with good stuff but all they did was throw high fastballs knowing they’d die at the track.
UCLA also didn’t hit a hr that whole CWS.

Poche was great until he melted down after he committed 2 throwing errors. We just played like shite, committed 4 errors total.

I distinctly remember all the pop ups in that game. It’s like every batter was hitting sky balls to the infield.

That was even easier in this park in the “dead ball” era. Glad that shite is over and done with.

Maneri skipping over Lange to pitch Glenn against UNC was absolutely baffling.

No one was built for the park back then. I thought CWS trip started the narrative that he was recruiting small ball for the park.

I just can't believe we went two-and-cue in the 2013 CWS. That was one of LSU's all-time best units.

Wait until Arkansas does it today.

So, what's the story with this again? I have seen it referenced a couple times now but don't remember what he did? Thanks.

2017 didn't have near the talent 2013 had. 2017 overachieved.
