Not too big of a deal but kind of wild how often Cam looks at his mom in the stands. It’s the most I’ve even seen for a college level player. Seemed like he missed a steal opportunity today due to looking her way at one point.

Just an observation, awesome that he respects momma so much I guess..

How do you know he was looking at his mom? Were they showing him and her at the same time?

Maybe looking up at her has a calming affect on him.

Seeing someone who you know loves you.

I always used to hit better when I acknowledged my mom. Of course, that was in the on deck circle or walking to the plate.

I sit very close to Cam’s mom. It’s true he constantly looks at her. However, she is usually scolding him or just trying to encourage him. He seems to be a player that just needs that Pat on the back and reassurance. It’s most noticeable at the FT line. It’s strange he does it but I don’t have a problem with it and find it oddly nice the kid has his mom in his corner

Didn’t Jeff Hornacek touch his face during free throws to signal to his family. Durant also looks at his mom all the time, I have no problem with this.
