I've never been nervous all season because LSU, while exhibiting dominance over each opponent, seemingly gets better each time as a result.
And another reason why I am comfortably confident: I have never witnessed a team with more balance and stamina, and capable of big plays, twists, and surprises, then this team Miles has fielded:
A damn strong football team that plays for victory.
"I love it, yeah!"

Not nervous and this ^^. Kind of sad that in such a huge match up, I can't even watch ESPN. I'm not about listening to a Bama glory hole, and that's what it has been for two weeks. I made the mistake of turning it on to listen to their commentary and quickly turned it off. I get too mad at what they're saying. It's as if they don't think before they speak, and it's all just a big Disney cartoon of commentary about Alabama.

well, you think about the other two national championships and how the first one was so epic, the second one ohio state couldnt hang for a whole game and now we have bama. figuratively speaking, this would be the same as playing oklahoma in the regular season and then again in the dome for all the marbles. it will be that type of game. my biggest fear, and i feel for any fanbase thats experienced this, is to lose a national championship game in general.
all that hard work down the drain. its either be remembered as one of the best of all time. 95 nebraska, 00 miami, etc, etc. your either that for winning, or your barber shop talk for losing for the rest of your life. and to lose it all to put a retarded arse program like bama up on a pedestal would just be a digusting fact of todays world.
wouldnt be much so the case say it were an out of conference opponent. but there is so much more meaning to a win/loss in this game than the national championship.

I was more confident in 2007 due to the Ohio St choke factor, but I'm pretty confident right now. Its not in the bag or anything, but I'm not nervous. If we play our game, we win.

I've posted before that I was nervous for 2 games last year, Auburn and Ark. None this year and not at all today.

I am not nervous at all.... while I respect Bama and know they are a very talented team, I dont think they are as talented as LSU. I also dont believe they have the intangibles LSU brings to the game. The winning qualities that have led LSU through some turmoil this season and has had them playing at a very high level all season regardless of who the competition was. The character of this Tiger team (which is reflective of its coach), will also make a difference.
