BTJ was quiet but he had a whole lebron james powder toss routine that he did every time he scored. That's the same as dancing

Agreed. Here is my take, it is a business trip. These are paid athletes, who happen to go to LSU. Not only are the representing the school and themselves, but now they're representing their brands, investors and donors.
You want money, you need to earn it through play and behavior.

I told my wife the same. Much less jawing after plays. More business-like approach.

A clemson DB taunted Durham after about a 15 yard gain. He did knock the shite out of Cade, but it made me think of how LSU DBs were doing that the last couple of years.

Just look who the team leaders are. The team takes on the personality of the leaders.
Someone mentioned 2019. Different brand of leadership, different brand of team. But while they trash talked and celebrated, they did it in a way that didn’t usually hurt the team, unlike the last few years.

Even after when Delane was given the game ball. He said this win is nice, but we are here to win a championship. All business.

There was plenty of dancing in 2019. Just win and nobody will care.

We have a huge amount of older leadership on this team, juniors, seniors, grad student; including a good bit of senior transfers. Seems like those guys have led by example and set a standard. And the younger guys have bought in and are doing their jobs too. Hopefully a good sign for the rest of the season.

Joe Burrow Cocky & Major Burns Cocky aren’t the same thing

The first big play of Jarvis's career he caused a fumble against Auburn on a Kickoff. He immediately got up and ran to celebrate by himself in the end zone
We need to retroactively remove that FF from his career statistics. How dare he!

Never said he was wrong for doing it. I only brought it up because there are people acting like he never celebrated or made a scene after a big play.

I probably would have done the exact same thing. Most of us would after knocking a guy into last week at 18 years old. That's my whole point
