No there are very few O pumpers that were in Miles’ corner. After the OC search there are few O pumpers even left. I think most of the ones on this board are Russian bots paid for by the felon, fat goebbles

I wanted everything you wanted. I however am not a little b$#ch and decided to except it and realized I have no control over it so why start more threads bitching and complaining.
So your generalization is just wrong and stupid. Call yourself a "little sissy" and you may be spot on.

Actually I think the non-LSU graduate fans are more apt to hate the coach and think of LSU as more of a football team than as a university.

I think the actual fans who graduated from LSU take different perspectives.

I wanted Miles fired in 2015 and 2016. I supported him for years, but it was time to go.

I didn't want Orgeron, but now that he is here I understand that this will play itself out and he will either succeed or fail (and be fired).

There is no reason to get all emotional and irate about the situation.

I graduated from LSU and I refuse to fake some positive outlook regarding this abomination of a hire.

I will not condone the process nor the people responsible for this pathetic situation. Doing so only allows it to happen again and again.

Loyalty to people who would destroy what I love seems mighty contradictory to me.

Suit yourself friend.

1/9/12 sucked, I'll give you that. But I'll always thank Miles for 11 plus years of representing the football program honorably. Winning 114 games during his tenure, including the SEC Western Division 3 times, 2 SEC Championships and one National Championship.

It would have been nice to win a few more games, but Miles teams had to play the National Championship winning team 7 times and the runner up once while he was the head coach.

In other words, he faced a much tougher SEC schedule during his tenure than the team has faced the past two seasons.

So you go ahead and get yourself hung up one one game, but I thank the man for 11+ years of hard work.

Love the blind assumption that you are 100% correct. The melt is very strong in you, carry on.....

“Melt” is not insulting to me and yes I usually construct my thoughts based on believing I’m correct.

I imagine you do the same.

Tell me how you believe I’m wrong in my beliefs about the hire , the process that led to the hire and the people that played their parts along the way.

I will likely melt until this situation is resolved.

So the plan, that you are wanting to implement, is to melt from now until the firing of Ed O, regardless of the outcome of the games next year and how long it may take? Man, you are gonna be fun to watch the games with. Good luck with that.

Oh I’m a fun guy.
I have all sorts of gameday commentary from my seats that would likely cause YOU to melt hahahaha those sitting around me enjoy the melt. Anyone that has ever felt like you , is usually met with the same response I gave you.

They can’t respond in the same way you can’t, so they usually end up converting upon further reflection.

You’ll have your moment of clarity eventually.

By the end of 2015, after being a long-time CLM supporter, I thought it was time to make a change. At that time, it looked like we were going to get Jimbo Fisher, and I was on board with that. Had I known they were going to fire Coach Miles and replace him with Coach O, I would have been against CLM being fired.

That one game you're so easily dismissing set the program into a slow and agonizing downward spiral we have yet to recover from.
I'd say the game was significant.

Ok awesome. Now what?

What exactly are you going to do?

Nothing but scream at the sky?

I hate the hire, but it’s done and he will likely get three years at least.

The sooner you come to grips with that the quicker you can move on,

I wanted Miles gone and now that we've made the idiotic decision of hiring O, I want him gone as well.

I'm not "easily dismissing" the loss. It sucked. It hurt to lose that game. But for me, it's hard to understand how people can take that one game, against the most dominate team in college football the past 8 to 10 years and against arguably the best, or one of the best coaches in college football history, and hold it against a coach that led LSU football thru it's most productive 10 years or so of football history.
