Lawerence, Delpit, brumfield, charles etc..
I'm glad the backups get experience and all but it seems the talent level behind the starters is not nearly as good. I hope that gets better with time.
The injuries this year

Lawerence and Delpit came back in the game. I'm worried about Brumfield. Not sure about Charles.

thanks for update.

Yeah that would be a huge blow but hines seems to be the one
backup that does a good job. just a true freshman though. The thought of playing UGA/bama without Brumfield and charles is

Lawrence is a muscle strain of some sort, Delpit broke a finger, and Charles was sick. I was told Brumfield was getting an MRI this week but he did not return and was on crutches with a knee brace at the game.

All will play versus Ole Piss

THese two things give me pause regarding this

At least as far as Brumfield is concerned.

I sure hope you are right, though, and I think with the exception of Brumfield, it is.

I thought the original diagnosis for Magee was 3-4 weeks. If so, he should be back soon. And when he gets back healthy, he would be a real solidfying force on the O-Line.

Sure...all the MRI centers and docs opened at midnight last night so the rant would feel better by getting updates BEFORE THE START OF BUSINESS ON MONDAY

The thing that concerns me though is if you have a hodge podge line that hasnt played together when you play UGA and Bama it will be a long game for the offense and the QB. not looking good with all the injuries

Hospitals are open 24/7 and an outpatient clinic with an MRI would open their doors wide open on a Sunday to have the opportunity to help out LSU. Not crazy to think we might have had answers by now.

BROC is open from 12:00 to 6:00 on Sundays. I know because I was there 2 weeks ago on a Sunday with my son and a baseball injury. They see lots of LSU athletes...

They usually like swelling to go down before MRI's so waiting a couple of days to "RICE" the injured area is often standard procedure.

The Brumfield injury looked bad. That would be a huge loss.

when Magee comes back, the staff will have to figure out if Deculus or Hines are better at RG.

That is a solid starting unit. However, that is a razor thin unit.
