I blame the lack of offense. 4 runs rarely gets it done in this league . The hitting has been garbage for over a month. This series is no different.

Pitch calling is to blame for Cowan. His best pitch is the changeup, but he threw nothing but fastballs to one of their best hitters in a 1 run game with 2 runners on base. Ridiculous.

I think I’d blame that our high powered offense only scored 4 runs against 85% 83 mph change ups all weekend.
