According to this Forbes article, nearly 80% of LSU’s students are from the state of Louisiana. When I say Baton Rouge area, I’m referring to the greater BR area, so EBR, WBR, Livingston, Ascension and other neighboring parishes that are a fairly short ride from campus.

I’ve already put more effort into this than I should have. The point is, this excuse for students no showing is weak. The fact of the matter is that LSU has a terrible student section at the moment. Interest level is low. Hopefully this will change under CWW. It would be nice to see an active, engaged student section.

Upper decker obsession with me is really starting to be creepy, and everyones obsession with Adrian is to a point where y’all seriously need to re-evaluate your life. I can assure y’all him being there is not the problem. Why do you idiots think only the Kentucky and Oklahoma games were filled?

I think y’all are overestimating the number of people close to campus during the holidays by a huge margin. Campus is dead, bars are dead, and the student section is dead during a blowout against a directional school a few days before Christmas. Also, the middle section seats are a better view than the lower for that angle imo, and there are clearly students in those more comfortable seats. Things will pick up after New Years

This is what needs to happen. A group of "cool" students needs to not give a f and just move down there. Make it cool, make it fun and maybe the nerdy loser stigma of the student section will die off. When I was a student, there was a ton of people up there, mostly guys but a nice number of girls too. Many of which were very hot. In fact, you still see them at games.

But it will take a group of people to just say f it and make a hostile takeover. It can be done, we just need the right people to make it happen!

it is. Also the view down there right behind the goal is absolutely terrible. People would much rather sit up a section and have a better view and a better seat. They really should just get rid of bleachers there though I think they need the extra space for gymnastics
