It could be a pretty big HR/legal issue, even though she may not work for the baseball team she's still an employee of the department/university where he's a senior, and he may have some sort of a morality clause in contract.

If it's Lee Begley she's not State's problem anymore, she's an employee of UF now. If she was still at State she most likely would've been let go as well.

Well now we can get a hitting and pitching coach all in one. He did a great job with the pitching staff last year after losing damn near all his pitchers.
