Apologize if this has already been answered, but how the frick are these ordered on the board each year? It's not alphabetical; it's not bracket order (which is what I thought when I first looked at it). Maybe written up in order of first shot? Someone please tell me

The county where Murray is located is dry. Up until a decade or so ago, the town of Murray was dry, as well. When I would visit family over the holidays, I would amaze my Murray State friends when I talked about how easy it was to access booze in Louisiana. But that was in the late 90s.
