And the waiting continues...

At this point, this is what IS happening in the athletic department. LSU has got the tapes. They know exactly what was said. They could of fired Wade when they actually suspended him with cause but did not because he will sue them if nothing comes out of it.. (Aka Chavis), meaning with all of the plea's happening, this trial may never happen. Not saying he didn,t do something wrong, but he isn't being investigated so if it goes away, wrongful firing would cost. Meetings happened today and I believe he is fired as soon as we bow out the tournament by the way everything is being kept hush. There is no way unless they two parties have talked that they would wait until after the trial is over with signing day being April 17th. I got a feeling that we had our Nick Saban and screwd it up, again...

I believe alleva is gone if wade is gone. So at least we would win something there.

LSU still wants to speak with Wade under their conditions and Wade is still refusing to do so. What are you wanting/expecting LSU to do? Whether you agree with them or not, that's the position of both parties. So basically, the status remains the same. LSU is going to play tomorrow with Benford as the interim HC.
How did LSU "screw it up" with Saban? He CHOSE to leave and coach in the NFL. LSU didn't force him out

They HAVE the tapes....If Yahoo got them, LSU has them also. Officials hold the ropes now. Ok, trial actually doesn't happen, LSU will either be penalized or not by the NCAA. If they try to, LSU will give them the tapes to save their butts from legal issues with cause saying they did everything possible. NCAA has cleared Smart, so that's already finished. They are waiting for the right time to fire him or he will be reinstated by today, 5 o'clock would be appropriate since the team has practiced already.

There is a huge difference in being provided tapes and being provided a transcript of the phone conversation. From all accounts the transcript was leaked to yahoo sports. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't yahoo report on the transcript they received?

My God dude are you that fricking stupid? Yahoo! never heard the tapes nor did they HAVE the tapes. The transcript was leaked by the defense and since the judge laid down the law that if anything else was released to try and sway the jury everybody would spend a few nights in jail. NOBODY and I’ll repeat NOBODY outside of the FBI, their lawyers and the defense lawyers have heard the tapes. And it still isn’t known if the judge will allow them as permissible evidence.

I’ve got bank documents that show Nick Saban embezzled taxpayer money into a personal real estate deal.
I can’t release or I’d get into personal trouble, but I have turned it over to the appropriate people. Just wait and see. It will be the biggest story in CFB leading up to the 2019 season.
