The only advise I can give you is…don’t live your life looking in the rear view mirror but yet through the windshield ahead. NO successful business person has EVER remained successful by living in the past vs preparing for the year to come.

No team is going to ignore giving a shite ton of NIL money to the #1 rated QB in the class if he shows interest. The last five years that has been DJ Lagway, Arch Manning, Drew Allar, Quinn Ewers, and Bryce Young.
Allar is arguably the biggest "bust" of that group. Yet, he has started 25 games for Penn State, has a career completion percentage of over 70% and is a consensus top 10 QB if declares for the draft this year. His biggest mistake was going to Penn State and not a team with a legitimate passing offense.

I hope you are right. Last year was pretty awful for portal results. I’d like to see some impact starters. We won’t have a choice if Nuss goes pro. We will be in huge trouble at QB.

At this point in their career, all of them. As in 5 for 5. Not a single bust in the group. I don't think you realize how hard that is to accomplish. Name one that didn't at least meet expectations.

Bryce Young won the Heisman. Ewers was in the playoffs last year and again this year, as was his backup Manning. Allar is in the playoffs this year. Lagway is a true freshman who turned the Gators season and potentially their entire program around.

There won’t be any messages sent. None. Those 17-year-old high school kids are gonna get a paycheck regardless if they play a down. You think that’s bad business on their part?
