Brian Kelly and Co. dished out a major transfer portal offer late Monday night to Louisiana native Trenayvian Amos. The Ragin’ Cajuns defensive back entered the portal at 7:37 P.M. ET and quickly became one of the hottest names on the market.
LSU swooped in and offered Amos along with Florida, Ole Miss, Auburn, Alabama, Illinois, Miami and Michigan State, among others. Within the first hour of putting his name in the portal, Amos had schools from all over the country extending a scholarship.
