Am I the only one that isn’t interested in watching a Tony Benford coach basketball team?

I’ve already seen this brand of basketball with JJ for far too long and I just cannot support it. Uninspired, lazy undisciplined. Its just hard to stomach the regression after having a perfectionist at head coach and being so close to relevancy again. Definitely puts a huge dark cloud over the tournament

I'm not in this thread to knight for Benford, but the SECT game vs. Florida played out similarly to the other two games vs. them this season...with Wade on the bench.

I smell veiled racism. The guy coached 2 games. He’s who we got for the rest of the season and it’s not ideal for him or anybody, give him a shot.

Just support the team no matter what happens.
We may be closer to getting Wade back than any of us think.

1. It should read "... Benford coached basketball team?"
2. He didn't ask for the job. This is all on LSU higher ups.
Be glad they're going to the Big Dance and hope LSU Administration gets off their collective asses and does what's right by their student athletes, you know, those guys that bring in donations to the AD and to TAF?

He’s coached two games. One they played lights out and blew out a team that they should have to win the sec outright. The second they lost a game by three to a team they don’t match up well agains that also beat a Will Wade coaches team. I’m just not seeing how he did absolutely terrible in the two games like some on here seem to have seen.

Its still Wade's team, until he is gone. I will follow and support them until he is gone.
Hope Benford has a lot of success in the tournament. Maybe it would be enough for him to land another HC position if we could win a regional.

Do youreally believe this would occur? Did it happen against Vanderbil?
Did it happen against Florida? The only reason they lost is due to the absurd imbalance in fouls called and the bizarre six point possesion due to official's incompetence.
Benford is a big part of the coaching staff which implemetted Wade's system. Quit presuming things which are not going to happen.

What Would Will Wade Do?
He would tell us to support the team.
