Alleva needs to Geaux!

How he handled the Miles situation was a complete fiasco. He left him dangling in the court of public opinion, and then bungled the Fisher deal.
Because of that, recruiting takes a hit because Miles and staff look like lame ducks - now having to recruit against perception as well as other schools.
We could have had Aranda last year, but for Alleva's "Miles Clause" we had to settle for Steele for a year. It seems like he was setting up Miles to fail. Not many quality coaches would take that contractual risk if they had other options available... which quality coaches often do.
He's letting Women's basketball fester and get worse.
He needs to be let go NOW.

I'd certainly be okay with a new AD. I don't believe it would be very difficult to upgrade from Alleva.

Death Valley, you have a point. It is time to put these kind of threads to rest. They are getting tired and boring. There is no need to revisit these issues. Yes, they sucked but it is past. It is time to move on. Like I said, there is a segment of the fan base would love to have LSU fire at least one coach a year just for the hell of it.

Women's basketball is not the only program he is letting fester and get worse, believe me.
Alleva does what he wants even when presented and confronted with good advice.
I hope Fu King Alexander wakes up and smells the coffee. He is in enough shite as it is.
