With just two games left in the regular season, I wanted to give Tiger fans an update on the hiring of our new head football coach.

He says he wants to give us an update, but he didn't give us an update at all. He gave us his hiring guide lines. That's not a damn update.

No. He was brought back on the condition our offense would change. He made it clear it hadn't. You can't seriously be trying to analogize the two scenarios

Yes, you would rather get jimbo, who has by far the most talent in the acc and is severely underachieving with it.....lmao

Try and stay on topic if you can... Pls explain how the situation with O is analogous to the one with Les this offseason/early season.

ETA: I was stating a fact fwiw. If you think Les was fired purely over losing two games, you are dense

So he wrote a letter repeating literally everything he told The Advocate last month? Got it. Thanks, Joe.

If he (O) wins the next 2 games... He deserves a chance to be head coach.

If he loses the next 2 games he doesn't.

Les lost 2 games this season and wasn't coach anymore, had he won them he would still be the coach... Just look O in our pretend scenario of him losing the next two (2) games.

Wow you're actually being serious. You're not going to take into account the last two years of Les grossly underachieving? He was fired based solely off of and within the vacuum of losing to Wisconsin and Auburn?

No... Of course it was not that simple but..... He would have still been the coach if he had actually won those games. It's very hard to fire a coach who is actually winning

Right but if he'd lost a couple of shootouts where the offense looked different and efficient and vaguely functional it'd be a different story

He eliminated 99% of the DI head coaches with point #1

Even Saban or Meyer will not qualify!!
