2019 was amazing, but it felt more like an inevitability rather than a high by the time we capped it off.

Warren Morris HR was a huge rush and swing of emotions in a matter of seconds. It was a jolt of euphoria that I can't really find another moment that matched that one.

my low was probably the '98 Bama game.

low is the day LSU hired Les Miles.

How old are you? Hiring a coach that got us a Natty was the low point? Were you around during the Hallman era?

Indy Bowl? I froze my arse off at that game.

Me too! To make matters worse, me and my wife were wearing a rain poncho which happened to have a Dallas Cowboys logo on it, they were the only ones I had at the time and I'm a Cowboys fan so there's that. I have never been cussed at more in my life than that game. LOL All I heard was F--- the Cowboys everywhere I went. To make matters worse, a drunk tripped and fell on me spilling his beer all over me and my wife who was absolutely miserable at the time. We lasted till about half way through the 2nd quarter and left to watch the rest of the game at home.

High:
2019 Title game, when we put the hurt on Clemson and Dabo.

Lowest:
The 21-0 beat down in NOLA Sugar Bowl against Bama.

I am old enough to remember the Hallman era and the 90s I’m not saying Les wasn’t an OK coach I just wasn’t thrilled with the hire never liked him from the beginning and never thought he brought LSU to its fullest potential. Big deal he won one National championship when LSU had enough talent to win at least three and he really lost me when he pissed away 2011. By those standards, I guess we should’ve kept Ed O, he won a NC

I'd argue that the 2019 season is the consensus high.

The Low would be the 2 seasons after when we went from juggernaut to disaster.

Waking up at 5am in my car freezing cold with a beach towel for a blanket in the apartment complex parking of my buddy that I watched the 2011 National Championship with.

I was too drunk to leave but too mad to be around anyone. 100% my lowest point as a fan and probably a person ha but I was a dumb college kid then.

Highest point was making the walk back from the Superdome to the Hilton Garden and raiding the shite out of the hotel snack bar after the 2019 Natty and watching sportscenter in the room crushing munchies basking in the glory of the greatest season of all time.

I haven't seen anyone post here that has that high of an opinion of Les.

the people who defend him are all just saying that while he definitely underachieved, he was nowhere near as low or bad as the haters make him out to be.

in the nearly 40 years of me attending LSU football games:
last couple years of Archer, all of Curley, last couple years of DiNardo, and last couple years of O were all worse than the lowest depths we saw under Miles.

Great feeling no doubt, but I’m not in my 20’s, so….. 2003 for me, and for reason.

High:
- A LOT of people will say 2003 National Championship, because it was the first one a lot of us ever witnessed. Especially after LSU being mediocre to below average a majority of our lives.
I can’t explain the feeling that night.

- 2001 SEC championship was also a huge high, for the same reasons.
- 1996 Warren Morris was an emotional moment in time I’ll never forget.

- Being in Tuscaloosa in ‘19 after 8 straight.

- 2023 in Omaha, for me, after being there 4 times and never witnessing them dogpile.

- Blue Grass miracle was pretty insane as well.

Low :

- Without a doubt 1/9/12.

High was 2000 Alabama win. Personally my dad always wanted for me to see them beat bama at home. He was there in 69. Worst….. 2011 National championship game.

High: 2019 Season. Never dreamed I’d see LSU so dominant w/a Heisman trophy winner.

Low: 1993 58-3 loss to Florida in Tiger Stadium. Although we beat Bama that year and almost went to a bowl game, you could still feel it was a fluke.
