2000 Tennessee.
There is nothing like standing on the field for the last play. Then rushing the field and tearing down the goal posts.

probably LSU/OU for the national title
or
LSU/OSU for the national championship
those games were more about my hate for oklahoma and THE ohio state universities, though.

For me it was the 2008 BCS Championship game.
Beanie Wells scores and as Ohio State fans are cheering, Tiger fans start chanting L-S-U that just drowns out the screaming Buckeyes. Same thing after the field goal to put them up 10-0, after that the Tigers woke up and took over the game.

Orgeron St. game when the kid Certa missed all them field goals. I remember it was a sloppy field and just a doozy for emotions.

1. UGA 2003
1a. Bama 2000
It had been 31 long and painful years since LSU beat Bama in Tiger Stadium. Their fans were quick to bring that up too. There had been so many missed opportunities in the past, missed field goals, lucky deflections in the endzone, etc. When LSU beat Bama in 2000, it sent their fans a big message - LSU is now a threat and no longer just a once in a while win in Tuscaloosa. And their fans can deny, deny, deny all they want, but it's true. I don't know, maybe I read too much into that game which I tend to do often.

How about y'all?
Very tough. Just limiting it to games I attended, it is close between 1995 "Bring Back the Magic" Auburn game and 2007 "Tebow's Cryin'" Florida game, with 2010 Bama coming in third.
As far as all LSU games, all time, in addition to the 1995 Auburn and 2007 Florida, I would add the 2 BCS championship games, 1997 Florida, and the recent bowl games against ND and Miami(FL).
If pressed to pick one game, it would have to be one of the BCS games, and probably the Oklahoma game (but it's close with the "spot tOSU 10 points then crush them" game).

Even though we lost, '08 Alabama was a great game.
I've also always heard from older guys that USC in '79 was an best game in Tiger Stadium despite the loss.

07 Fla, hands down. 2011 Bama and 1997 Fla are close seconds

So many to choose from when you've around LSU Football since the 70's. So I will go with 1/decade game with the greatest memories...
1979 USC game - Lost 17-12. only one with a loss, but as someone noted earlier, the loudest, most boisterous I've ever found Tiger Stadium against the #1 team in the nation. . We got screwed on a very bad face mask personal foul call against Kenny Bordelon on a 4th down play that extended USC,s winning drive. Only time i can recall we gave the team a Standing O after a loss.
1982 BAMA game - won 20-10. Only away game on my list. The game that sent Bear Bryant into retirement. Our D was dominating limiting them to 1 measly 1st down the entire 1st half.
1997 Florida game - won 28-21. They were #1 at the time and to this day feel like this was a milestone turning point two ward us becoming a winning program again after the forgettable early 90's with Curly Hallman.
2003 BCS OK game in the Dome - wine 21-14. Took my son which made this an incredible father-son bonding experience through LSU football we still talk about today.
2011 Oregon game at Jerry's Palace. Won 41-27. Set the tone for such a dominating Season. And the venue was spectacular to watch great football.

2003 Georgia.
Loudest I have ever heard Tiger Stadium. That game was unreal.

2003 BCSNCG. I never thought we would win a title in my lifetime after the 90's
