All SEC schools will use their local courts to enjoin NCAA/SEC from penalizing forfeits

I can see it now. Ole Miss announces they aren't going to play LSU. They file in state court in Mississippi to request an injunction against the NCAA and SEC against counting the forfeit as a loss because LSU knowingly played players that violated NCAA and SEC rules.
It'll be granted. Won't be litigated through the merits until after the season.
