I agree he didn't do nothing...

If Kobe and Michael Vick got "2nd chances" why can't Guice?

He's a starting NFL RB by all metrics if he can stay healthy.

Am I wrong, don’t they have to prove he raped someone? Even if there is a settlement between parties, a crime is accused to be committed. If the DA can’t prove the case ( they don’t want to lose) they drop it.

Thats just the charges as a Redskin. Still doesnt excuse all the b.s. he got into while here on campus.
Just because these charges were dropped doesnt mean he does not have issues.

Stack up the allegations and look at them with a light of truth to the innocent.

You know, America, justice and all.

Hell don’t even give the old innocent until proven guilty standard, just a basic sniff test, more likely then not. What’s the result?

FFS, you know that "charges dropped" is stronger than an acquittal, right? Means prosecutors don't think there is enough evidence to get past a preliminary hearing, much less a conviction.

This is still America for a little while longer. You don't have to be found "not guilty". You have to be found guilty.

Period. Full stop.

If someone wants him

He is legally allowed to play the game now, thats justice. Now whether or not someone wants to take him is up to the teams and NFL

Thats not true in this case. In Virginia, the accuser can choose to drop the charges without the prosecutions consent

I meant to say the victim.

The victim chose the settlement, and in Virginia that can be done without the choice of the DA to move forward with the case

In Louisiana, the DA would still be allowed to prosecute if they so chose to
