Dude the only reason Thaddeus was discussed as a draftable player was his family name: unathletic, mediocre blocker, 6'1" with short wingspan. Probably good for everyone involved that he went pro with Gilbert coming in though

So he should have come back or what?

NVM that he was 4 years out of high school and had an injury history.

Kendall Beckwith (probably hurt himself coming back)

Arguably 4.

Alabama arguably has 4-5 before this year

Beckwith left as a junior so that’s 3. I’ll add Stevens on this LSU team.

Bama has had Alex Leatherwood, Najee Harris, Devonta Smith, Dylan Moses, Reshaan Evans, Damien Harris, Trevon Diggs, Anfernee Jennings, Raekwon Davis.

So since 2017 that’s 4 for LSU and 9 for Alabama.

Just this last year LSU had a player leave with another year of eligibility left and he went UN-FREAKING-DRAFTED. It’s a huge LSU problem.

you mean the guy who plays the same position as a the in coming Gatorade National Player of the Year? His draft stock wasn't getting any better also his dad had been successful so i don't think he has to worry about it too much if he doesn't make the NFL

Could've used him as an extra blocker at times I guess. He just wasn't a good pro prospect, hopefully he has a good alternative career lined up

So 4 this year. Maybe 2 any other year?

Again you’re counting guys like Harris and Anfernee Jennings who were maybe fringe 3rd rounders.

Raekwon Davis had a shitty Junior year

Dylon Moses literally didn’t play this year.
Maybe get drafted on talent alone in the first three round but not guaranteed.

Shut I didn’t even count Chark, who ran a 4.34. Could have gotten drafted in the 3rd on that alone.

Can I ask You something?

Are you retarded or just frustrated?

Also he would have been injured if he came back either way.

You're the one arguing for a fringe prospect. Good hands as your only attribute isn't enough for TEs to make it in the pros

He was a good TE last year. Would have been drafted. Couldn’t do anything at the combine because of an injury.

But he should have come back to LSU. Been injured and played a 6th year in college.

What do you think Pocic and Beckwith were had the declared their juniors years? Both improved their draft stock by coming back. Beckwith barely made it in the 3rd.

Davis was always good and if you think he’s shite rush I love to know what you think of our two senior starting defensive lineman Logan and Ferrell who won’t even be drafted.

Chark is one I did miss.

Well Moss isn’t playing anywhere right now. Does he like to play football or not?

Google it dumbshit.

Nothing worse than an LSU “fan” who will shite on a player while being fricking ignorant.

Beckwith barely made in the third because he blew his knee out. How do “fans” forget shite like this?

Would have most likely been a 1st pick last year and has already won a ring and is a senior.

It don't make any sense because every year he is not playing in the NFL is a year he will never get back. The first time one of the seniors blow out their knee or worse it might open their eyes and stop drinking the koolaid Saban is giving them.

Now in Charles's case he was an idiot to go to the NFL.

Sagan has control of his players and he makes their decisions for them. And all Sabin cares about is winning a NC!

i think the point he's making is he hasn't because he's injured you moron that means he wouldn't be playing at LSU either only he would not be playing for free and would have to take classes.

Saban offers a 4 year process. You stay with him for 4 and you'll be the best at your position + have a degree for mom and dad. LSU is a 3 and out system. Get in and out fast. Fine dining vs fast food

This 100% the message is off for LSU.

For LSU its just we can get you there in 3 years no matter your draft stock.

For Saban its I will get you there at the highest pick possible, it may take 4 years instead of 3 but you will maximize your earning potential.

Also yes Adams may not have been a high first round pick, but LSU loses lower round or even undrafted guys yearly. Every year there are players that shouldn't have a thought of leaving early but do.

Bama doesn't have that in near the amount as LSU. Thats what the frustration is.

Iirc Saban said that he'd never try to convince a projected first or second round pick to stay, but we know his word doesn't hold much value to say the least
