Yeah it’s wild.

Good to see him go that route. Read an article Lena few years ago that when he retired he treated losing weight like his new job. Most Adults Shouldn’t be 320 pounds

damn good for him. Going from a 300+ OL in the NFL to probably a 170 lb marathon runner. And have this transformation in his 40s, impressive

wow, that really is him. I thought it was a joke for the first half of the video. The weight loss is shocking, but I may be more surprised his knees can handle running long distances after a lengthy NFL career.

Good for him, I wouldn't wanna go around being heavy for the rest of my life. Being heavy causes a lot of health problems, I would slim down to after football.

That was 4 years ago. Not quite as thin in some recent pics but I am sure he is still in great shape

He has some health issues where medicine makes him thin like that

It was very tough on him to not take those meds while in the nfl
