I don't see anything in the article I disagree with. For the rest of us: deal with it. If you don't like where Bama is sitting, do something about it. We have our shot this Saturday.

Like him or not, the above is what he does.
Thats why they play as they do... he demands it from his team.

Just pointing out that it is not quite as simple as him taking an NFL job. Remember when Saban took the Bama job he referred to LSU fans as toothless coonasses. People complain about Miles with the media but Saban was far more evasive at LSU almost to the point of being disrespectful ( He was mentored by Belicheck and Parcells). Hell some people do not hate him for leaving LSU, they hate him because he is the coach at Bama.

Great coach. That being said, I hate Saban. I hate the fact that he left LSU for his "dream job", then couldn't see it through after only 2 seasons. I hate that he returned to coach against us. I hate that he was immediately pimped at Bama by the media. I hate his recruiting shite with players like Luther Davis, Sentimore and Lacy. I hate his friendships with douches like JT Curtis and that fker at St. Aug. I hate how much he gray shirts kids. I hate how he works a dirty system to get kids eligible. I hate how our coach is the topic of an "outside the lines" story, while he gets a pass. I hate how he never loses of gets outcoached. I hate how he threw his players under the bus as he ran out of the Cap One bowl tunnel. I hate how he tries to manipulate the media. I hate his whining over trivial shite like the hurry up offense. I hate that he "will not be the coach at Alabama". I hate his scream face. I hate his upper lip-less smile. I hate how he talks with his hands. I hate his hair plugs. But, most of all, I hate the fact that bama is a rival, is good, and is coached by him. And I, HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU!

Higgins providing an appropriately high dosage of hate for this Big Game Week. Way to go "Higgy-Baby"! (As TC would have said - no homo).

They do not commit penalties.
They have a productive offense.
They have a top 5 defense.
They never have problems getting offensive plays called.
They never have problems with too many or not enough players on the field, as everyone knows where they should be and when.

all true

I don't hate Saban, I just despise Alabama. Mainly because Bama has far too consistenly been a danger to LSU in my lifetime. I used to hate Ole Miss, but now I don't care. I used to hate Tulane but now I don't care. I basically hate what I am afraid of. That being said, Alabama can be beaten, and LSU can do it, and when they do, they will be able to look back and say they can't see really anything they did wrong in the game. If they can't say that, they will most likely not have won the game.

I love LSU and want them to win every contest in every competition whether it is football, or paper airplane making.

ETA: Saban is among the best managers that has ever lived, and I respect that about him. I use a lot of his material in my own development as a manger, and training of my managers. I don't know him well enough to respect him as a person, so I don't get into that part of it.

No they don't. We can beat them, ND can beat them, K-State can beat them, Oregon can beat them,Georgia can beat them, Florida can beat them, Florida State can beat them, and I think that's about it. If they had played a tough team yet, some of you could see that.

LSU don't get your hopes up to high. I saw what Bama did to Mississippi State. Bama has it all. I don't see any weakness on this Bama team anywhere. And for sure they don't have any problems in the red zone.

Bama 21 LSU 7

And they haven't faced anything like they're about to face Saturday. Anyone who thinks Bama just strolls in and dominates this game hasn't paid attention to this series the past 6 years. Hell, even the 1/9 beat down took 3-1/2 quarters to actually put the game out of reach.

What's old and tired is LSU fans talking about Saban seemingly more than Alabama fans in the Tiger Rant during Bama week year after year.

Saban is too great. LSU can't win... Or we're going to lose, but I hope we win. Already predicting Bama will win 3 out of the last 4 national titles before the game is even played. Simply pathetic.

The team preparing to play the awesome, almighty Alabama is not spending their time trying to figure out how bad they will lose or how great Nick Saban is. They will be out to prove they are great too.

LSU is preparing to win while being supported by some in the fan base who can't conceal their love affair with the opposing coach and team.

I know what it is like to be a player as some of you do. And I would feel I didn't need fans that didn't fully support me in times like this, but it would bother me that this was the case. And some of them know because even if they don't read these boards, they hear about it because they have friends that do.

Let them play the game. And support the team until the game is over.

This is the schedule of the previously undefeated Miss. State Bulldogs that Alabama crushed. Can you point to a game that a team that is 20-30th in the nation shouldn't win? Please stop sucking Alabama's dix. State isn't good, they are mediocre, just like every year. Look at a fricking schedule instead of a record.

"i can't wait to print that diatribe on a t-shirt."

It was first rate and it represents the sort of Tiger fan zealotry that has been strangely short in supply. It is Bama Week for goodness' sake! All things Tiger are good. All things Pachyderm are bad. Show up early, stay late, cheer loudly. Rabble, rabble, rabble ... Tired of all the doom and gloom analysis, even if I believe a chunk of it myself. Damn the rational. Full speed ahead to Saturday.

Any fan that bleeds purple and gold should hate Saban. He betrayed us and the Dolphins by lying. It's the Lie. And I for one will hate the man forever
