Alabama had a former professional basketball player play five games for them last season..

He averaged 10 points per game in five SEC games (not games against early season cupcakes).
He eventually had to leave the team but Alabama was not forced to forfeit those games and still got to play in the NCAA tournament.

LSU isn’t gonna play these guys with even the possibility of postseason ban or forfeiting games. They’ll have their asses covered (legally).
