Hell I don't know who I'm prouder of, the Air Force boys or the Tiger fans!! Love em both. I can tell you one thing right now, I would rather be an LSU fan and lose the Natty than be a Bama fan for 1 damn day! You can take that to the bank!!!

There isn't a fan base in the nation who wouldn't want to be ours.

The standing ovation those boys got was awesome. It was as loud and as long as I've seen/heard in The Box in a while.

I wish every low class fan from any school could witness a football game or any athletic event at any of our military schools. They are taught to respect your opponent. Well done Tiger Fans!!!

This has always been so interesting. You almost never hear bad experiences with LSU baseball fans, but I constantly hear about others' bad experiences with football fans. I guess that just comes with the larger crowds.

Surprisingly most are. There's just something about our baseball progam that brings out the best in our fans. It really does make you proud.

I agree. This is true at most other SEC schools too, except for Ole Miss.

Same fans, but the atmosphere is so different. Football is a rough sport and lends itself to a more crude experience.

I'm fairly certain that Bama baseball fans would boo an injured AFA player.

Nice letter from the Kaz!

Hire that man. Let "The Kaz" take over the role of hiiting and base running coach next season.

Yes, and it is we who owe them a thanks-which happened the other night. Those AFA players are incredibly bright, have really tough course loads, play BB, and train to defend us.

Glad the Tiger Fans had an opportunity to express our gratitude.

GOD BLESS AMERICA and those who defend her.

I'm a brat of an Air Force Colonel, this letter made me so damned proud of my fellow Tiger faithful. I miss being with y'all at the Box so very much and this letter really brought those feelings to the forefront. I'm sure my Dad was smiling in heaven seeing the fans of his beloved LSU show the greatest amount of love and respect for those Air Force young men. Y'all are the BEST!!
