Against my better judgement, and Chicken you need to t hinl about this

I really used to like reading this message board about LSU sports in general, but lately it has become so vile and negative that it is hard to find some joy in reading it. We used to talk ocasionally about strategy and now it is nothing except bashing someone, and I refuse to bash any player even if he made a dumb decision or play.
There seems to be a small, at least I hope so, contingent of fans who are just flat out stupid and/or hateful, and they give the whole program a bad name. They will never be happy, and I ask myself why would any recruit not weigh all this when they consider coming here?
Feel free to tear into this if you wish and prove my point.

You are correct. I was saying same thing before Bowl game. However, I am still pissed so I am in the negatiger Camp for the week

This board used to be awesome but I may be in the minority now feeling as if it has become a toxic waste dumb. Unfortunately, TD may have become to big for Chicken and his crew to manage. I wish they Would start banning some of these posters.

Welcome to the world today. It's much easier to complain, bitch and moan than be positive. It's the way of the world today. Hell, look at our president...perfect example of that. Being divisive is the new trend of the masses and now they have a voice on social media and message boards

I don't agree with bashing players period but a coach can be criticized and should be criticized. Besides that this board would completely suck if everyone sat around and acted like everything is sunshine and rainbows in agreement with each other. Go to the Tulane message board if you want that.

I'm not really seeing players getting bashed. Admins usually deal with those posts anyway.

My friend it's the social media generation, no rules, no limits, everything's fair game. There are plenty of good, knowledgeable reasonable people who use this free site, however right now they are being drowned out by a small contingent of bitter, never happy fans. The negativity will fade away once we sign Surtain, Chase, Goodrich & Joseph.
