i always find the rb/wr/te coaching hires the most exciting because you're usually looking at that next up-and-coming young recruiter type a la henry a couple years ago.

If I'm a recruit that just signed and this guy recruited me, I'm pissed right now. No telling what this guy told some of these guys and their parents to get them to sign.
