With the group of WR's we have i think finding a replacement should not be a problem.

Coach Henry did a good job for the Tigers, I wish him the best as he advanced his career. LSU will have no problem finding a quality replacement and the team will be fine. Timing was actually good, plenty of time for filling the slot & for the new coach to settle in.

I'd be willing to bet lots of money 9 outa 10 LSU fans couldn't have named LSU's wr coach yesterday if their life depended on it.

Now some of you are acting like the world is coming to an end.

LSU will find someone as good or better.
Calm down.

Hire Curtis Johnson. I know it won't happen but he was excellent with the Saints. They haven't been the same since.

You would lose. He's a great coach and recruiter and his departure is a lost. We once had Billy G.

If UT couldn't get Tee Martin, I doubt we would be able to.

That said, he is the first call I make.

Back up plan:

Sean Patterson coaching WRs and asst QB coach

First Off...Henry was an OK coach...and a better than average recruiter. The WR's routinely dropped passes and couldnt block for anything. I think whomever we get will easily be an upgrade!

Best wishes to Coach Henry. It is not surprising he would want to advance to the NFL at some point.

I just hope recruits like Dillon and Johnson won't be too disappointed and will welcome the new WR coach. Given the quality of athletes at that position, it should not be difficult for LSU to attract a top notch replacement for Henry.

Get out of here with that nonsense. While he's replaceable and we shouldn't miss a beat without him, he was a good coach and our receivers have always been good blockers on the outside. Dropped passes can be attributed to all sorts of things like inexperience and poor quarterback play. We've put more than our fair share of receivers in the NFL the past few seasons under his tenure. You'd think a guy good enough to being scooped up by an NFL team would be more than just an "OK" coach.

If this isn't a troll post, I swear you must be a retard.
