This game has been circled for them since last year. But then after they were blown out at home by Bama, they haven't been as cocky and confident about coming into BR and kicking LSU's arse. I'm wondering how long it will take for Georgia fans to start coming on here talking their bullshite?

Before the season, they were the certain NC, and Moreno had the trophy engraved already. I figure if they beat LSU it will return to that status. I REALLY hope LSU can pull this one off. This one and Bama. If they lose another, let it be one of the mediocre teams we face.

You won't here any trash talking from this Georgia fan. Lets face it all fan bases have idiots particularly on the internet. This should be a good game but you never know LSU might blow us out.

I think some LSU fans do not respect other teams programs or the talent level on opposing teams but the same could be said to some degree for Georgia, Alabama, or Florida fans. All of the upper tier SEC teams have tons of talent and potential.

I ran into quite a few UGA fans at various stops on my trip to Columbia this weekend and I found them to be pretty nice, they basically all just said that they think next week will be a good game. I could sense some respect for our program in their voice. Hell I even ran into some bama fans they were a little cockier but still showed respect.

There are quite a few teams ahead of them in the BCS for them to return to that status, just because they beat a one loss LSU team.

I don't see this as a blowout at all. Being blown out by Alabama in which everything went Alabama's way (just like the Florida game to us), Georgia didn't hang its head and instead hung what - 31 points on Alabama - most of which was in the second half.

Hey no trash talking from me either! I am not gonna sit here are say we are gonna come there and win by 21 thats just dumb as hell. I am driving in on Wed with a 10 other people and we are very excited. I have posted here a while back and everyone was very welcoming! You do have a "Damn Strong" football team. I really want you to beat Bama even though if we go all the way it does not help us out very much.

I hope both teams bring their best games.
It only makes the SEC look better.

Another game like Florida: GA wins but gets less credit.
An LSU romp: People discount GA because of Bame and LSU games.

FWIW, I see this game as too close to call.

I agree! Of course I am gonna say Georgia wins because I believe in my team but I doubt it will be by a touchdown.

Why did the circle this game on their calendar? Don't they think our program has looked forward to another shot at UGA?

Check the "SEC Rant". 'DallasDawg' is about as full of crap as they get.

Considering both teams have had their asses handed to them once this year, neither should be talking anything.

Last year after LSU beat Tennessee in the SEC CG the next morning in the Atlanta Const. Journal the front page stated that UGA should be in the BCS national Championship game and Mark Richt (who I like and respect) agreed stating that they were playing better ball at the end of the season.

The BCS bowl games are for the best seasons, not games, and LSU had a better season last year since we both won our West Division and the SEC CG, something UGA didn't do.

Georgia had a great win against Hawaii, but I really believe that 3-4 SEC teams would have pounded them as well.

This is a season turning game for both programs. One will go up and one down. I believe LSU will defeat Georgia in TS. Period. It will not be easy though.

You can't win em all, man. Only one of the teams in the top 3 will finish undefeated, while one will probably end up with more than 1 loss.

LSU will win but it will not be a blowout or easy.
We may even trail at half time.

That's a flagrantly selfish statement! Why, so YOU don't have to face the grief from other fans on a chat board? Sure, that's much better than the knock to your program of losing to a Tulane or an Ole Miss (sarcasm emphasized)! You should have you eyes checked - you're suffering from severe short-sightedness, JACKASS!!

UGA and LSU are both in the same position. If they win out, they would be in the SECCG with a chance to possibly avenge their only loss of the season. They will be fired up.

The key will be Jarrett Lee's play at home vs. the mistakes he has made on the road. I'm thinking the Tigers win by 10 with a late score.
