yeah, they basically always hover around #15 or so.

those other big name teams in the lower tier have all had seasons where the bottom fell out and tanked their rankings.
Iowa never seems to fall off a cliff. They're just always somewhere between 8-4 or 10-2.

My comments about UL have always been positive.

It's just odd that UL Football is in the same "tier" as traditional powerhouse teams that have national championships and Heisman winners.
