I see what you're doing here, and I like it.
But for the record, he didn't do better than Saban did.
Saban won 2 SEC titles and one national title in 5 years, while rebuilding a program with one outright SEC title in 30 years and no national titles in over 40 years prior to him taking over.
Miles has 2 SEC titles and 1 national title while maintaining a program that had successfully been rebuilt. Most of his success, and the entire reason he has been able to lose 4 and 5 games a year and keep his job, came during his first 3 years with Saban-recruited QBs. Since then he hasn't been able to recruit or develop a QB to save his life and LSU has finished the regular season unranked more times than they've finished in the top 10.
He rode in on the coat tails of the best coach in the modern CFB era and has slowly driven the program back to mediocrity. The same mediocrity that brings you so much ecstasy. This year should bring you to multiple climaxes, as the mediocrity appears primed to be especially mediocre.

Exactly. Ballscaster is not and never has been an LSU fan.

So using your moron logic Gerry Dinardo is a better coach than Saban because he beat him in the independence bowl. Dinardo has a better record 1-0
Let's compare Saban and Miles the past 5 years they've both been at their jobs 9 years or more.

Les is a great person and his support for Louisiana is very admirable. I respect the man and love that he has embraced the community he lives in.
With that said, his job is to produce at a high level. If you think he is succeeding at that I would advise you to see an ophthalmologist. If he can't see what's wrong then he is stupid. Sometimes we have to step out of the way for the greater good. Whether it's his pride or his stubbornness- something has to change. This team needs help and Les hasn't done what he needs to succeed. He has done lots of good things but we are the 3rd or 4th best in our division. Not conference, division. LSU twins a lot of games on talent alone - not coaching. He is a fantastic recruiter but not a good developer. If you can't see that then you're f'n stupid.
Keeping him around is like saying Les makes great coffee in the morning at the office but can't get his work done.

expel him for getting a C on a single test. Well, that's fricking stupid.
How about losing 4 of the last 6 with the only 2 wins being against 5 loss teams? Is that a single C test?

For me? I'm thinking some French toast, bacon, and a Bloody Mary.
