"but one thing I didn’t like about A&M when I was talking to the coaches recruiting me is they’re talking about LSU and other schools"
Their negative recruiting backfired..

So they're trying to use negative recruiting tactics against a school they can't beat?

That's sort of silly

That would be like us ragging on Bama but even worse

Jimbo is on the negative recruiting Mt. Rushmore. It’s all he knows.

When your only history of “success” is an unemployed Heisman winner known for snorting drugs and beating women, negative recruiting is about all you can do.

Can't wait to see how long it takes for one of his prize recruits to bang out his girl friend!

Guess who is next to him on the Mountain? None other than the evil midget Saban, oh and guess where Fisher learned his trade? Yep, the evil midget.

Not for 70 million guaranteed

Would you offer this amount to a head football coach, serious question?

There were plenty of other coaches available other than Jimbo that are better without the drama and baggage.

Jimbo has never lied or stretched the truth to a recruit.

Earlier this year this was posted by the A&M TE's coach. It is very truthful in the fact that Jimbo was a mentor and primary coach of these defensive backs that are presently in the NFL. If not for Jimbo these guys would all be pumping gas in South Carolina.

That went over so well that a couple days later Jimbo authorized the release of this poster to show the great history of the A&M program.

The key from that article is the positive reasons behind O being hired. The family atmosphere and being all LSU and not doing the negative recruiting thing. You have to respect that.

I thought he did. I remember him smiling and waving to the FSU fans after the fourth loss of the season. Everyone was so happy back then that the team had two wins.

Jimbo Fisher in response: "Bring your a@# down here and say that!".

I still can't believe he left FSU with all the love between the coaching staff, boosters and fans. Must have been a VERY HARD call for him to make.
