This has nothing to do with football. They just sent every alum a strategic plan book in the mail. It’s about that (which they’ve been working on forever)

You've embarrassed yourself enough in this thread so I'm just gonna drop all of this, but a sports journalist's article about Emmert's hand in the hiring of Nick Saban is not exactly the same thing as issuing a strategic plan and including athletics as a pillar of that academic plan.
Weren't you just saying 'You don't even know who i am!' to someone else in this thread? Might want to heed your own advice there.

strategic plans are fluff and dont document everything needed to complete the plan. you should know that.
embarrassed? not at all. Im just able to admit LSU is a football school and not a great academic destination. And i know the path to great academics is not letting your economic engine fall into the depths it was in in the 90s.

There’s literally hundreds of faculty and staff in the various colleges and units that have responsibilities and performance objectives tied to the parts of this plan that cover their area.
