coach miles believes this team could be special THIS YEAR! I'm referring to his statement regarding not letting the players give a lot of interviews when he remarked he "was guiding a thoroughbred". of course it's not a guarantee.
But he knows what he's got. he's also confident qb play will be much better.

The thoroughbred statement was made last week IIRC. It was when he let the media know he appreciates their patience with his closed fall practice policy this year.
He made the statement in reference to him wanting to keep the kids focused.

Damn. Touchy subject? I love the team and coach as much as everyone else but that phrase is so overdone. I guess hate with a passion was a little harsh.

It was harsh but so was I. I do however challenge you to re watch the have a great day speech. Maybe then it won't seem overdone?

I've seen it multiple times and loved it when Les said all that at the press conference. I just think people use it too much now. Just like when someone says "I'll be your huckleberry."
