You all know the Bible
Is made of Testaments Old and New
You've been told it's just those two parts
Or only one, if you're a Jew
But what if I were to tell you
There's a fresh third part out there?
Which was found by a hip, new prophet
Who had a little
Donny Osmond flair

And no you don’t “need” alcohol to have fun. But it sure as hell makes for some great memories.

IDK. I have seen lots of people throw bitch fits in here that it's impossible to enjoy sports without a beer.

Can confirm. Totally dry.

And considering GameDay is going to UofU and Rice-Eccles this weekend looks like we might be going back.

Who are you directing this to ? No one in this thread (so far) has implied that the video, and the idea of not drinking at a college ball game- are anything but a positive .

I am guessing the dipshit from Memphis who called them a "cult" doesn't approve.

It's BYU dude. That's how.

They booed 1). Everytime Macfaffy said a curse word, 2) the segments sponsored by Coors light and Celsius. (I thought it was hysterical. )

Also BYU security was removing "unruly" people from the event. Like all 2 of them that we saw...

Fun random fact

Per capita Utah has the highest number of plastic surgeries in the US.

I appreciate your confidence and belief and I respect anyone who makes the decision not to drink I really do, but honestly booing McCaffery for cursing and beer commercials and removing two "unruly" fans is absolutely not confirmation no one broke the rules.

Don't they wrap themselves in sheets, and dry hump while their friends shake the mattress?

Forgot about the special underwear? Spaceship ride to heaven? Golden tablets no one can see? At some point anyone with a brain will realize they are just making it up as they go along.

And wear "sacred underwear", which is something like long johns under their normal clothing.

First off, I'm not LDS. Second. I don't drink but that's a personal choice that has nothing to do with religion. Third, I was there, you weren't.

Nobody was drinking. Well, maybe hot chocolate...

I get the religion thing but I also think there is a correlation between drinking vs outdoor recreational when you live in a place with such incredible outdoor opportunities like hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, etc. you don't drink as much because you want to enjoy getting outside the next day and taking advantage of the opportunities with a clear mind.

Been sober for a couple of years and I have mixed feelings about this. I don’t think there’s anything “wrong” with drugs and alcohol. People like myself give them a bad name.
