The decision he makes on Sloan after the A&M game (two weeks for the "next coach up" to ready this offense for BAMA) will have a lot of impact on both the remainder of the season outcome AND what the roster (of current recruits and players not heading to the transfer portal) looks like going forward.

Stubbornness and inaction could seal Kelly's long term fate. With revenue sharing, etc., how much more the ticket holders are willing to spend (to get Kelly out of here sooner) may be the only way to solve this glaring obstacle sitting in the way of LSU's short term possibility of success.

Do you think he plays golf somewhere in BR or is he driving to TPC in Nola?

Can Kelly be fired for not doing his job?

Can he be demoted? Let him ride out most/ the rest of his contract, and actually have somebody else running things? I know it will be expensive, but still better then paying him not to coach.

You are out of your damn mind if you think he gets 3 more years of this. He will be back next year for sure but beyond that is far from a sure thing if this continues

I wouldn't give him any NIL money. I'd tell him to earn his ludicrous 10 million a year. He can get his fat arse out recruiting a team and then coaching them up. He can show us that he's not spoiled.

I said it once and I’ll say it again. He should’ve been fired immediately after signing his contract. The fact that we didn’t do that is why we are in this mess.

It’s a shame being a complete sham isn’t “cause” enough. If I suck at my job I get fired. He was brought to win games. He doesn’t do that. Seems causative enough for me, though I know his contract will disagree. Just saying.????

Move him to the HC of the chess team. The way he bangs the tables after losses will scare the crap out opposing chess players.

What guarantee is there that you aren't in the exact same situation but looking at a $100 million buyout three years from now if you fired Kelly today and the next guy falls on his face? I think there's actually a better chance of that than hiring a home run.

All of you said these exact same things three years ago to get rid of Coach O and hire Kelly!

It's just not going to happen. All the people claiming otherwise will be safely ignored since them getting their way three years ago is what got us in this mess to begin with.

I know it is pure fantasy, but wouldn't it be nice if BK and LSU mutually parted ways so her could take the job at Penn St.? Would be hell of a lot cheaper for us.
