There is no Joe Brady without O.
This really isn’t even debatable imho.
Without him, who knows what we do. I liked Emsminger a lot, but I feel that Brady was THE missing ingredient on the coaching side.
As for Joe Burrow - I cant say for sure.
But given his affinity for Coach O, it suggests to me that O did what he does best and sealed the deal on JB becoming a Tiger.

I have not seen 1 person say that. The only thing I have seen people say is that O left us with almost no roster and Kelly had to build a roster in just a few months.
