I see a ton of DV's but this will be huge. He throws a flat ball that is easier to defend. My big concern for the QB/WR crew is that they build that precision timing thing that Burrow had. Also Joe got very good at throwing the WR open.

Not to worried about this because a good WR will make a bad throw look good.

I agree with you, but man look at all those damn downvotes. It's almost like you have the plague. I hope it's not contagious as the Coronavirus is so contagious.
I'd like to see him improve his touch and I'd like to see him improve his deep throws for Jamar Chase's sake.
In fact, right before the 2019 season started, I watched a Jamar Chase interview and one of the questions asked him was how is Brennan progressing? And Chase responded by saying he was pretty accurate on short and intermediate passes but was always off on his deeper throws.
Hence, I hope he works hard on his deep throws and I always thought he lacked touch on his short and intermediate balls.
I would also like to see him work on his off-platform throws outside the pocket and on throwing on the run. Those are two things Joe Burrow worked on last offseason that really helped his game.

Matt Moscona on AFR was discussing Myles Brennan the other day on his show and he said something I didn't know before. He said that LSU went after both D'Eriq King and Jamie Newman but missed on both of them. Implying that the ED O and his coaching staff do not have any confidence in Myles Brennan. Then he also went on a tangent about Myles Brennan's hunting and fishing hobbies and also his girlfriend to imply that Brennan was too distracted to put in the necessary time it takes to become a starting QB in the SEC.
Personally, I think this is a case of Matt Moscona being Matt Moscona and that LSU never went after either QB. I think for some reason, Matt Moscona just doesn't like Myles Brennan and thinks he is going to suck. Sort of like when Ed O was hired and because of the way Ed O talked, Matt Moscona thought he was smarter than Ed O. He also said Ed O would never last. Well, we all know how that worked out for that loser.

I know you've gotten a bunch of troll responses, but Brennan already throws a pretty amazing deep ball.
You know that's exactly the opposite of what Chase said last season in an interview right before the season started when asked how Myles was progressing.

6.15 when he got here, after putting on weight they are 6.16, but his thumb is fatter

It's all about reading and recognizing coverage.
According to Dr. Jack Marucci the other day, he said that LSU has a new video game that they helped to be developed with a video game manufacturer where they can put up on a large screen lifesize views of the different defensive formations repeatedly over and over again to help the QBs learn how to recognize the different defensive coverages. Damn, that sounds truly amazing.

I was thinking “eat dinner with the OL” and “live in the weight/film room”.

A lot of that is footwork
that and pocket presence will be the deciding factor in how good Myles is next year.

I'm sure we can count on you right out of the gate to inform us of everything that went wrong should we fail to win any game by more than 40 points.

You're a fool. Brennan has shown he can do all of those and his arm strength is definitely not an issue. Have you seen him play?

I'd take the word of a Ranter over Coach. I remember all these guys agreeing with Burrow, preseason, when he predicted we would score 40-50 points a game.

1) Learn how to look safeties off; and
2) Be resilient and confident after throwing an interception to lead the team to victory.

“His arm strength is questionable”
You know how I know you have no idea what you’re talking about?

Go back and watch his throws versus the Aggies and Oklahoma. He's fine in the passing department.

I hope he bulks up on some creatine

Definitely good in the passing department. The real things he needs to improve on:
1)Leadership-seems shy, he will come out of his shell soon I believe.
2)Ball placement-only where your receiver can get it.
3)Pocket Presence-relax, move around pocket while keeping eyes down field or for running lanes.
4)Reading and adjusting to defenses-Burrow has a defensive mind since he was raised by jimmy. I'm sure Joe Burrow and Brady taught Myles some important lessons to read safety movements and blitz packages.
