2 Programs tRant Laughed At Are In The Playoff Mix

All summer long before the 2016 opener, the majority of the Tiger Rant clowned on Wisconsin and told anyone who’d listen that we’d steamroll them.
A year and a half earlier, we lost to Notre Dame in a bowl game - another program the Rant loves to crap on.
Then two years before that, it was nonstop Dabo jokes and disgust that we had to play a program as lowly as Clemson in our bowl game.
I feel like many of you need to respect other programs a bit more. Hopefully it changes soon, but the harsh reality is we’ve been sitting here watching other teams play on Confernence Championship Saturday for the last 6 years straight.

Good post.
So many of these clowns and O-pumpers crow that we are an “elite” program and we have not been for a good while now.

That Clemson loss really hurt. That game and the Bama loss the same season pointed toward the end of the Miles regime.

100% agree. Those losses should have been taken very seriously. Perhaps they were and we’ll just never know.

Wisconsin and Auburn were better than any team Orgeron played other than Alabama in 2016 including the Florida team that beat him as well.
Yet those games were used to oust Miles and crown Orgeron.
It is a sad state of affairs.

We didn’t lose either of those games because the Rant “clowned them”. We lost thanks to Les Miles inability to field a decent offense.

Clemson converted a 4th and forever from deep in their own territory en route to a winning FG. Plenty of blame to go around in that game but the defense shite on that drive.

lsu is always going 10-2 or 11-1 no matter if lsu is losing 17 starters. but if anybody says 8-4 or worst, you live in a trailer park & play play station all day
