1980s Trivia quiz for us old guys on a quiet Friday, updated with answers

Old guys LSU trivia quiz. The 1980s for a quite July 3rd.

In 1982 LSU signed three tailbacks who would go on to play in the NFL, who were they?
Hilliard, James and Karl Bernard (who transferred) were all part of 1982 signings class and all played in NFL
This LSU punter kicked a field goal in LSUs 10-7 win at Notre Dame after pk Ronnie Lewis was benched. Matt Defrank

Routed top 10 Washington; I was there. This Game was an attendance record that stood for many years.

The 80'a barefoot punter was Clay Parker.

And the 1988 INT TD vs. Texas A&M was Ron Sancho (I think)

Peach Bowl. Stovall reportedly wanted to concentrate on recruiting and building team for improvement the 1981season without the distraction of what was, at the time, a relatively minor bowl game. LSU followed up with a 3-7-1 record in 1981.

I was sitting in the east side and I remember not being able to see the aisles in the west. I still don't know how they squared that with the fire code.

Yes, it was definitely the Peach Bowl. In those days, the PB was a relatively minor bowl and not yet affiliated with Chik Fil A and certainly not of the stature it’s held in recent years as NYD / CFP venue.
