I may be wrong but I don’t think softball HCs’ salaries have skyrocketed like FB and MBB. Where does Beth’s pay rank? Is she still top five? And what is the length of her contract? Has she been extended lately?

She is a great recruiter but player development other than pitchers is lacking

The same way Lou Tepper and Cam Cameron kept their jobs.
Arrogantly stubborn HC's that refuse to fire their "Friends" even if it means they themselves are fired. (And that's coming up very shortly now for Torina)
Softball MA's need to stfu and get out of the way.
Throw up the Big Bucks and hire the Oklahoma HC after the Women's CWS is over.........

Rankings mean nothing. That’s some device that rank them. Got to scout them and develop them. What good a high ranked class is if you don’t have certain positions filled. This program been having holes in the roster for years.

It would be best for softball if today’s game would be canceled due to wet grounds. Maybe the team could have a cultish kumbaya gathering tonight

I did see what some folks meant when they said the culture of this program was more akin to a church camp these days.
