I’d prefer we play all our road games at 11am. Don’t have as much time to get nervous lol

As long as they aren’t in September, lol.

Yeah people forget this great weather is the outlier. It could also be 87 degrees in October.

Don’t we have a really good record in 11am games? Regardless glad we get Auburn in Jordan hare at 11am with them coming off their biggest win in a long time. Should be just what we need to finally break our terrible road streak

Pretty good games, except the 6:30 slot. Pretty bad football

This is the first time i can remember an october day game in the 60’s with 45 relative humidity. So 11am wasn’t so bad.

When you’re on the winning side it’s good, you get to sit back and watch stress free games the rest of the day

When you’re on the losing side it sucks, don’t want to watch anything else after lol.

It was in fact, beautiful! The weather was nice and fall-like, as it used to be in October when I wore a younger man's clothes as an LSU student (1971-75).

Yea it wasn't too bad! But the weather was beautiful. I didn't even mind the chilly 8am winds. Got a lil sun on my face and was in bed early.

Eta: damn I am getting old

It worked out ok. Had some out-of-towners in for the game. We had boudin and eggs for breakfast (an outstanding combination) then headed to the game with Bloody Marys.

What a gorgeous day.

Came back to the house and served them gumbo. I taught them to put potato salad in the gumbo. That maybe a debated practice here, but it was outstanding.

Mrs. Judge Holden made a Front Day cake (carrot cake) for dessert.

Then we could settle in to watch the fricking . . . I mean the Fighting Irish lose to BYU. Sweet Jesus and Joseph Smith, that was fun.

The summer was hot. The early season was disappointing. But dear God was yesterday terrific.

The older I've gotten, especially after having kids, the more I appreciate day games.

Between dinner time, bath time and bedtime, it's hard to watch full night games and I'm usually beat by halftime.

Hopefully Auburn proves to be a one-hit wonder. What had they even done this year before yesterday's mind-boggling upset? They've kept an extremely low profile.

On TV it looked like the stadium was about 25% empty.

It only "means more" when it''s at night against a major opponent. Otherwise it appears that Tiger fans have more important things to do than watch one of the 6 times you can see their Fighting Tigers in person the "Cathedral of College Football".

BTW, who is that douchebag PA announcer who replaced Borne'?
