Isn't that what Auburn did last yr? How did that work for them?

The biggest gripe I have about our team is that Miles specifically stated that this was his "best" line since he's been here. Another week of poor play and we get the same song of we need to get it corrected.

If we would commit to the spread option this is a good line. Power running? Hell no. This could be a decent line if we would stick to ONE THING on offense. Hannagriff said it great last night, its like a jumpshooting team that can't jumpshoot. We can't try to keep forcing the power game when that isn't what we are anymore.

I wish we would run more play action passes. It seems as though on too many first downs we are in the shotgun. I'd like to see JJ fake a few handoffs and then throw, get the linebackers out of the play. It seems as though we are too often in the shotgun on first down, makes the reads on d too easy...imo.

It seems we all love LSU on this board its hard not to see them dominating any teams. We are just not the same team we were physically. We arent beating up teams like we used to. Im happy we are 4-0 and happy with Miles, i just question if we have the personnel, that matches with the style of play either our head coach or Offensive Coordinator wants to play. Obviously, they arent on the same page in terms of system and recruiting.

Should I wait until we're 4-2 and not ranked?

Hard to work through your progressions when the OL is giving you absolutely no time to throw.

Dude really? I can't tell you how many times JJ is just sitting in the pocket and has all day to throw but he gets uncomfortable and either throws it too early or he just runs out of the pocket when he should simply step up. Of all the things you could blame our lack of a passing game on, the OL is not one.
