10 years ago Demetrius Byrd catches a 22-yard pass for a last second touchdown to win the game 30-24.

LSU was in field goal range with the clock running and one timeout left, but the Lester decided to try a different approach. Had Byrd not caught the ball, LSU would've lost the game.

Not true. They would've put :02 on the clock. Well, unless the SEC refs gonna SEC ref.

I remember screaming at Les through the TV "TIME OUT, TIME OUT" Thinking he was going for the kick.

Sorry Charlie, you member wrong.
If the pass had fallen incomplete there would have still been enough time for LSU to kick a field goal.

That season was the most ridiculous emotional rollercoaster of a season ever.

Nope. We would have lined up and kicked the field goal.

One of my favorite moments from the Les Miles era easily. That man was crazy to run that play, but look how our season paid off

Went from cussing at Les for not calling TO, to being in love with him all in a matter of seconds. Good times.

Even the announcers just sounded better. I miss the glory days of college football.
