I would say that it is a little early to be setting ourselves up for dissatisfaction and misery.
Just look forward to the season and enjoy the ride.... If things go badly, we can be mad at that point, but there is no reason to pre-maddden yourself.

It should be 11. Experienced QB, an actual running game, a great defense, and aside from Bama, the tough games (for the most part) are at home.
I have a feeling though we'll see more goalpost moving much like we've seen since October 2016 if things deviate too much.
"Yeah, we lost 3 games but we were in every game and :insert general ref complaining here:. Next year is going to be it. Tua leaves!!"
Luckily for us I don't think we have an AD that will sit idly by if we underachieve.

A loss to any of these teams is unacceptable and will put O back on the hotseat. And, all these games are in Death Valley this year. One loss to any opponent other than Bama (or heaven forbid Texas) would be devastating.

The floor should ALWAYS be 10 wins at LSU. Period.
Anything less is an unsuccessful season in my book. I believed the same when Les was here, I'll continue to believe it with O. If you aren't hitting 10 wins a season consistently, you should get canned.

11 wins as acceptable is ridiculous. Hopefully they win 11. They can win 11. But it would be a great achievement. 11 wins means we have to win 4 of 5 tough games and have no slip ups.
