It's a hell of a lot easier than it was a year ago. I'm taking Kelly at his word that he cashes in his receipts in 2025. Every LSU coach since 2020 has won a NC by year 3 or 4. I'll be satisfied with a playoff spot and hopefully a win.

This is the paradox that you clowns can’t see is incredibly hypocritical: is the SEC the deepest conference where any team can beat any team any given weekend? Or is there only 1-2 good teams and the rest suck??? Which is it? They beat Ole Miss, beat SCar, beat OU, those teams beat Bama and UGA. LSU has scheduled high ranked teams each of the last 3 seasons with BK. In fact in the last dozen years there’s been only 2 occasions where they started against fluff schools. With BK it’s ranked FSU, ranked FSU (that went 13-0), ranked USC, and next year will be ACC champ and CFP Ranked Clemson. Not exactly Mercer or Wofford or Western Kentucky. Naw, LSU actually plays teams with a pulse.

Nick Saban went 8-5 in year 3 at LSU losing the last 2 including the bowl game before a year 4 championship. I bet if you look back right after that bowl game loss, everyone on tigerdroppings wanted him fired and wondered why we would ever hire a coach from Michigan State!
